The Facilities Management and Planning Department supports the Babson College community by creating and maintaining a high quality environment for living and learning.

The department's goal is to provide responsiveness, efficiency and deliver the highest quality of service possible. The Facilities team strives to work in a respectful, cooperative, efficient and sustainable manner.

Non-emergency Work Requests

General inquiries, including concerns about existing work requests should be submitted by emailing workorder@babson.edu.

All Non-emergency work requests should be submitted via the Babson Portal.

Emergency Requests

Emergency requests should be requested by telephone 781-239-4444 during business hours. If there is no response at this number call Public Safety at 781-239-5555.

The Public Safety number should also be used after normal business hours or on weekends and holidays.

Events Scheduling

All event requests and logistics should be submitted to the Events Management Office by emailing scheduling@babson.edu.

​Requests for space by non-College organizations should be made to the Events Management Office at 781-239-5265.

Capital Projects

Check in for buildings currently under construction or extensive renovations, including updates, photos, and project plans.
