Healthcare and Life Sciences Entrepreneurship Research Summit

    Register Now

Healthcare and life science entrepreneurship is recognized as central to improving health outcomes, economic development, and societal well-being[1][2]. Even prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the United Nations called for innovative and entrepreneurial advancements to address a wide range of diseases, health disparities, inadequate resourcing, and health infrastructure needs around the world. The USAID's Center for Innovation and Impact[3] reports that to close the gap and achieve the United Nation's Health Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, nearly $371 billion in annual private investment will be required, especially in healthcare entrepreneurship. COVID-19 has further highlighted our grand challenges around health world-wide, including significant health disparities based on income, race and geography. The Healthcare and Life Sciences Entrepreneurship Research Summit will convene scholars from around the world to discuss cutting edge theoretical and empirical studies as well as chart a path for future research. This summit will be held prior to the 2025 Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Program & Conference (BCERC) Annual Conference at Babson College.
