The Babson Black Alumni Alliance (BBAA) provides a welcoming network and resources for Babson’s Black alumni and any other interested community members. Through strategic communications, programming, and philanthropic activities, the BBAA aims to strengthen connections with the College and foster meaningful relationships among alumni, students, and the broader Babson community.

With the growing community of first-generation students and alumni at Babson, this alumni group fosters connections, support, and belonging for Babson community members who were first in their families to attend college, including those Semillas Society members and any other interested community members, through events, mentoring, and one-on-one engagement activities.

The LGBTQ+ Affinity Group fosters community, connection, and support among Babson’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer alumni, allies, and any other interested community members. Through networking opportunities, educational programming, and collaborative events with campus partners, the group seeks to celebrate each individual, elevate diverse voices, and strengthen inclusion across the Babson community. All alumni committed to advancing equity and belonging are welcome and encouraged to participate.

Origins for Necessary Equality (O.N.E.), founded in 2008, builds a community where students from all backgrounds connect, share experiences, and support one another while honoring each member’s culture and perspective. Through shared living, learning, and engagement, O.N.E. creates meaningful memories and gives back to Babson through events and programs, strengthening our collective commitment to inclusion and belonging.

The Babson Veterans Club (BVC) is a student and alumni group that provides support and resources to veterans, including undergraduate, graduate, and executive education students. The Club offers networking opportunities, social events, and professional development support, and works to raise awareness of military and veteran issues on campus. The BVC is open to all those community members interested in engaging and connecting with veterans within Babson.

Following a hiatus, the Gamma Upsilon Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, which was the first-ever professional fraternity established at Babson (1951), was reactived in April 2013. The fraterntiy fosters the study of business in colleges and universities.

Glavin Global Fellows is a cohort-based program for undergraduate students who are passionate about global issues, language study, and international experience. Today there are over 400 alumni from this program.

Established in 2014, a small, highly talented group of international students is awarded need-based scholarships as part of our Global Scholars Program. Students selected for the Global Scholars Program will receive four-year, full-tuition scholarships. Global Scholars with greater levels of financial need will also be awarded additional grant funds, in varying amounts based on need, to help with room and board, books and supplies, health insurance, and travel expenses.

Babson’s Posse Scholars are recruited each year from a pool of New York City high school students. Cohort-based programming and faculty mentorship help to foster academic and leaderships success for each full-tuition scholarship recipient. This prestigious scholarship program, which grew out of Bob '64, H'94, P'87 '90 and Jan P'87 '90 Weissman's deep commitment for Babson provides four-year, full-tuition scholarships plus financial support for scholars to develop their unique talents and pursue their passions.
