New Course: Metabolic Medicine

Metabolic Medicine is an immersive, expert‑led program designed to help participants understand their metabolic health and take control of their well‑being through personalized insights.

Through a series of lectures led by leaders in the metabolic health sciences, lifestyle and nutrition, participants will learn how the body processes food, why people respond differently to the same meals, medications, and lifestyle interventions, and how to apply this knowledge as part of their own everlasting “N = 1” health journey.

Participants will have access to an AI-driven interactive online metabolomic platform and continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) that provide biofeedback to complement the course teachings and help participants learn to apply their new knowledge in the context of their individual biological profile.
