The Office of First-Generation Student Success at Babson College serves the first-generation community as they navigate their college and professional careers.

We are here to identify opportunities and manage / create resources that help first-generation students thrive. We additionally seek to educate the larger Babson community to uplift and assist the first-generation students through strategic initiatives and thoughtful practices. We want to ensure students feel empowered, supported, and accomplished during their time at Babson.
