Professional Experience: Before joining Babson College, Heather worked at GW & Wade, a wealth management firm based in Wellesley, MA. In this role, she specialized in assisting clients with tax, estate, and financial planning, leveraging extensive knowledge and expertise to provide comprehensive financial solutions.

Teaching Focus: At Babson, Heather teaches Business Law and Ethics and White Collar & Corporate Crime, courses that pair rigorous doctrinal grounding with immersive, practice-based learning. Rather than treating legal analysis as an abstract exercise, Heather builds her classroom around simulations and case-based investigations that put students in professional roles, ask them to defend their reasoning under pressure, and confront them with the real-world consequences of legal and ethical decision-making. Her core teaching philosophy is that students internalize legal and ethical reasoning most durably when they are asked to apply it rather than simply memorize it.
