Student Club Funding Application Process
Welcome to the Student Club Funding Application for the Arthur M. Blank School for Entrepreneurial Leadership. All funding requests must be submitted at least four to six weeks prior to the event date. Please review the information below before beginning your application.
About the Application Process
All student organization funding requests must be submitted through this application. Paper or email submissions will not be accepted.
Funding decisions are guided by established review criteria that prioritize initiatives which:
- Support and enhance your student club’s mission
- Align with the mission of the Blank School and/or one of its Centers and Institutes
- Strengthen student engagement and the overall student experience
To be considered for funding:
- The organization must be a recognized student club in good standing
- All requests must comply with Babson’s financial policies and published deadlines
- A member of the Blank School leadership team will arrange an interview session as part of the review process
Applicants should select the category that best fits their request. Funding may support:
- Events and programs
- Materials, supplies, or equipment in direct support of your student organization
- Contingency requests, when appropriate
Submission Deadlines
Applications must be received four to six weeks before the proposed event or activity date. Requests submitted after that timeframe may not be eligible for review.
